The client agrees that they are 18 years of age or older. The client also agrees that sessions should not be used as a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, legal, financial, or medical services. The feedback provided during the sessions is not intended as, and shall not be construed as licensed medical and/or health advice. Dena Cooper represents that she is not a licensed medical professional. In addition to intuitive guidance clients may receive, they are encouraged to seek professional help in these realms for advice and care. Dena Cooper does not take responsibility for any client that acts upon guidance or advice given during a session. The outcome and responsibility of a client undertaking any guidance given during their session is the sole responsibility of the client. All intuitive readings and their content are subject to the client's interpretation.

Sessions are open for dialogue and questions, however, aggressive, confrontational, and harassing behavior is not tolerated. Dena has the right to terminate the call without a refund should she feel that these terms have been violated in any way.

Sessions may not be cancelled once they have been booked.  Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance by emailing Dena at contact@denacooper.com, or within 24 hours for an emergency situation. Each session begins when Dena connects to the call. 

If you are late, the session cannot be extended to make up for lost time. Dena will wait up to 20 minutes for you to join the session. If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you forfeit your time and 100% of the appointment fee and will need to schedule a new session for another available day.

Refunds will not be issued for cancelled sessions. 

All information disclosed in each session is confidential and may not be shared or published without written permission.  Although the sessions will be recorded and sent to the recipient of the reading, any part of the session including screenshots, audio clips, video clips, and any interpretation thereafter are not to be shared outside of the private session.

Dena Cooper make(s) no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. In no event will Dena Cooper be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, Dena Cooper’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to Dena Cooper under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.

This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
